You must include the following with your Credit Application​

• Copy of your Certified Wetland Determination, completed by your local NRCS office.
• ​Copy of your Wetland Functional Assessment for the areas to be mitigation, completed by your local NRCS office.
• Payment of $250 Credit Application fee (non-refundable). Make checks payable to Iowa Agricultural Mitigation Bank or IAMI.

Once the transaction is approved by Iowa Agricultural Mitigation, Inc. you’ll be provided a Credit Purchase Agreement for your signature and instructions on submitting payment for credits. The Credit Purchase Agreement will serve as your evidence for successfully mitigating the wetland impacts. A copy will be provided to your local NRCS office so they can update records for your farm.
