The Preserve on Grand is our second wetland mitigation bank. This site is uniquely located within a housing development
in the City of West Des Moines and provides twenty-seven wetland credits.
Design and construction were done to carefully slowdown and temporarily retain water entering the wetland after
a rain event using six small berms strategically placed throughout the mitigation site.
